About PMDE Training Program:
The Plant Maintenance & Diagnostic Engineer (PMDE) program is aimed at providing high quality training in all aspects of predictive maintenance, Reliability Engineering, plant asset management, fault finding and Diagnostic capabilities of frequent used equipments of various industries Operation and Maintenance practices. The course is designed to bridge the gap between the engineers and industries requirements with guaranteed employment with the Company.
11 Months full time training program (Fees = INR 2,00,000/-) with Guaranteed Employment.

Provides hands on training to the participants for better visualisation, knowledge on manufacturing process, basic of plant maintenance, management systems, strategy, preventive maintenance and PdM technologies such as Vibration Analysis, Balancing, Laser alignment, IR-Thermography, Ultrasonic, Oil Analysis, Motor Current Signature Analysis, NDT techniques to identify, manage and eliminate plant failures.
Review the vibration data (Sources - Portable analyser, Vibration monitoring software, databases). Perform Input data quality check.
Perform basic vibration analysis of machinery and components.
Perform balancing and alignment services.
Perform spectrum analysis (as required).
Classify, interpret and evaluate the test results in accordance with applicable specifications and standards.
Generate custom reports and provide recommendations.
Recommend minor corrective actions and be able to present those recommendations that supports decision making.
Provide technical expertise that supports proactive problem detection, diagnosing root causes and recommending corrective actions.
Maintain a database of results and trends.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
